"Super bad experience - sewer tank was overflowing potty & urine everywhere smelling very bad, many bed bugs in the room couldn't sleep, blood stains in the bed and pillow, dirtiest mattress I have ever seen, and the toilet were full of stains. It's like a super shady lodge. I have attached a pic for reference. And when I asked the manager he was helpless to do anything and did nothing."

"You get what you pay for. The best thing about the Sara Executive Hotel is the staff: helpful, professional, and kind. The hotel is basic. Get a room far from the open stairwell, as noise is channeled from the ground floor front desk and restaurant directly up the stairwell to the guest room floors. "This is a full five star hotel that exceeds North American standards. Apurva Bhumkar was welcoming and pleasant after a long taxi ride from Mumbai. I felt so bad that Inhad to leave the property and book another prooerty. Add to it the staff is rude and has no manners to talk to the customers Stay away from this property!!!"

"The TV and internet were not working. The flush was leaking and the entire room had a foul seepage smell.We had to shift in a room designed for differently able people which was comparatively a lot more smaller. The drain was blocked and overflowing in the shower area. Green tea was not available. Overall pathetic experience .I want a refund . "
