"I was a little worried about staying here after some of the previous reviews but we had, overall, a very pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and attended to any issues kindly and readily (our kettle tray stopped working at one point for example). The breakfast was very nice- the fry up was good and you can help yourself to whatever else. Coffee not so great. Hotel needs updating admittedly but it was all we needed for an affordable family trip to London when we were out most of the day. "

"The Swinton Hotel did the trick foran affordable short night before heading to Heathrow at 0500. The room was super clean, and bed comfy tho everything on small scale. Front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Convenient to Kings Cross station after visiting York. "

"Great location for a gig at the Troxy. Although we were concerned about the shared toilet and shower facilities having read previous feedback it was no problem at all. Staff all really friendly and helpful. Sadly we didn’t have time to have a meal but all the food we saw looked great."

"The OYO London Guest House was a great option for my overnight business trip to London. My single room was pretty small, but absolutely fine. Everything was spotlessly clean, and in good condition. It looks like the photos on the website. The shower was very good. The reception staff were pleasant, and pretty efficient, and the wifi worked well. The guest house is in a good location for the Elizabeth Line (Acton Main Line station - just 5 mins by foot) and I could reach my morning appointment...

"The location was fantastic, good breakfast, the staff was very friendly, and the bed was very comfortable, which for a positive aspect. The negative, the noise I can hear everything from the room next door. The bathroom needs to be up upgraded, The water pressure coming out of the shower was very low, to get hot water you had to leave the water running for a while. My opinion Is a good hotel for one night. "

"We stayed at four different hotels on our vacation, and this was easily the best. Located near Tower Bridge, it was an excellent starting point for our forays into the heart of London. Our room (a "studio") was quite sizeable with plenty of room to move around. It came equipped with a fully-stocked kitchen, a washer-dryer combo, wood floors, and modern amenities. The hotel is clean, modern, and is apparently a hangout for the areas college/young-working crowd (there's a cafe and large lounge...
