"I’ve stayed at the Hampton by Hilton on Broad Street in Birmingham four or five times over the past year, and every visit has been consistently excellent. The service is always second to none the staff are attentive, friendly, and genuinely on top of everything. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and great value for the price, with breakfast included as well. The bathrooms are modern and spotless, which I really appreciate after long days of travelling. If I had to make one suggestion, it would simply be to update the TVs to newer or smart models so guests have a few more viewing options. It’s definitely not a major issue, but it’s the only thing I could think of that would elevate the rooms even further. Overall, a brilliant hotel for the price, and one I keep returning to. Highly recommend."

"Clean and spacious room! Nice goodies such as tea and biscuits. Comfortable bed, and even prosecco on arrival. I really enjoyed using the complimentary gym space too. Definitely would stay here again."
