Good
You have to drive to pretty much everything from the college but there is a cute coffee shop that is a 20 minute walk away and you can walk down to the beach. It's very close to Salem if you want to pop down there.

It's a lovely place. Lots of good places to eat and a nice community that I felt safe in.

It's a nice break from how crazy and crowded Salem and Boston can be during October, with a good amount to explore.
"Overall the stay was wonderful. Room was fabulous with a great view and atmosphere. Only problem was valet parking. Car was waiting for me as expected but the guy for valet was missing in action even though I was the only person waiting. "
"Beautiful hotel. Excellent Lockwood products and Nespresso in room (could use a bit more of that). Second stay and we would like to return. Staff are helpful and pleasant at hotel and at adjoining restaurant and coffee shop. Close to shopping and great food. We took one subway to a concert."
"A great hotel in downtown Boston. It’s a walkable or bicycling friendly area with multiple restaurant selections. We had a fantastic experience for a long weekend in Boston! "
