I’ve stayed there 5 times over the last 2 months and have had interactions and conversations with different staff members and all of them were very friendly, helpful, and willing to accommodate things I requested. "We stayed in a king suite with a private patio with our own hot tub and a view of the ocean. It was so nice sitting in the hot tub watching the ocean. The room itself was pretty basic but clean, and it had all the essentials; a good size tv and a comfy bed. The staff was visible and very friendly and asked us several times if we needed anything. Added bonus we got to bring our two dogs."
