"The house is very dated, the beds were uncomfortable, the rubbish bins outside were overflowing. The listing states a hot tub and the photos show that that’s what drew us to book but upon arrival there wasn’t one ! The staff on the phone were rude when they called to complain about our parking, we wasn’t even in at the time. They didn’t even ask if everything was ok with the stay. Would I recommend it no !"

"All staff were amazing friendly and helpful the meals were excellent value for money, the room was very clean but as the property is extremely old main corridors were a bit shabby in part's however this was my second stay and I'd go back again as I consider it good value for money."
