"I booked a room with a hot tub as specifically. I got a room with no knobs and no drain stopper and attendants admitted it did not work and has been a problem for some time. It had a window with no lock and leaked air and no bedspread!"

"The staff was very friendly and greeted us every time we saw them. My room was spotless, the beds, pillows, indoor pool and housekeeping staff were wonderful! We had a 4 day stay here to visit family and will definitely stay here again! And yes, they are pet friendly! Thank you!"
