"Very nice and clean room. Very close to the Naval graduations Great Lakes, NEX for graduation ticket pick up. Shuttle service to and from Navy graduations. The breakfast could be better Very basic. Housekeeping is daily . Clean towels daily,toilet paper and toiletries. Really like that they have a place set up to take pictures of your sailor. Staff was friendly. Rate this 4.5"

"Travelled from Uk for navy graduation. Perfect as base. The shuttle alone and stress it saves you is worth the stay alone. Staff all incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms kept clean and comfortable. Good breakfast options. Would highly recommend "

"Various front desk staff not friendly. Seemed put out when we reported black mold in hot tub, asked for crib and asked them 3 separate days to fix window shade which they finally did. Mold was never cleaned off. Good breakfast, spacious rooms and close to navy base."

"the stay was ok but the elevator was not working we were trying to get dressed for a wedding upon arrival and my 8 month pregnant daughter had to walk to/from the 3rd floor with me which was a inconvenience"

"I stayed for two nights.The room was clean. The Breakfast was terrible Potatoes , eggs and sausage was not hot and did not taste good. The grounds around the place were bad. It was not up to Hampton Inn Standards. I would not stay again"

"Nice place to stay for the weekend while visiting Great America. Directly across from the main entrance. Several food options with in walking distance from the hotel and a huge shopping mall, a short drive away. Appears to be recently remolded and a popular indoor pool area. Breakfast did not appeal to us and didn’t try, but would still stay here again if in town again."
