Located conveniently at Victoria Station, all of London, and the UK itself, are just a few feet away. The entire staff makes you feel welcome. "You would think for a hotel at a major airport that it would have some food options for people arriving in the middle of the night and not close up the food shop at 11pm."

"Surprisingly excellent stay. Right in the South Terminal with access to restaurants etc. We were going to go into Horley for dinner but decided against it in the end. Very quiet despite being at the airport. We were in a family room. 5 of us. It was huge. 4 beds including the sofa bed and 2 showers. Perfect de-stressing to an early morning flight. Only thing to be aware of is it's a BIG hotel. Takes a good 5 minutes to walk around to the room. "
