"The staff greeted me when entering. The check in was fine. There were no carts available for us to use when we arrived. Only 2 small little triangle carts in the whole hotel. I had A LOT of items for our stay to carry in. We were in town for 5 days for a wedding. I had 2 hotel rooms for 5 days at no point in time were my rooms cleaned. We asked several times and nothing was ever done. I had to ask for towels every day. It even got to the point were I had to ask for Toilet paper. The front desk staff didn't seem to care even when I asked them for my rooms to be cleaned. I had several other family members staying there to for the same duration and they also dod not have their rooms cleaned. The pool are was dirty. The water did not look appealing to want to use the facility. Saturday's breakfast they ran out of forks. We had to eat waffles with a spoon. The parking lot was over crowded on the weekend. "

The second room smelled like urine when the air conditioner was on and the last room was hot because the air conditioner made a loud screeching noise. The breakfast was no breakfast at all. Just cereal and bagels. The only thing that was good is the location. I would not be returning "
