"Grumpy staff, not willing to help and not even trying to speak another language but german. Very little info in english or other languages. Horrible wi-fi, and you constantly have to log on to hotspot. Suggestions: -Open some ceiling windows in djungelland and the restaurant "street", the heat is too much! -Maximum 3 hours in the pool area? Come on! This sounds negative, but all in all it was a very nice place!"

"There are three aspects that make this property absolutely outstanding: 1. The view from the room is simply sensational. Sitting on the balcony taking in the beach and the sea is sublime. 2. The spa. Where do you get three large saunas and a pool? Very enjoyable. 3. The breakfast is top notch.
