Not good. Reception is closed in the evening and is therefore unable to handle questions or concerns. We also had two encounters within 20 minutes with folks under the influence of drugs.

Le nom de hôtel marqué différemment

J'avais compris que le nom de l'hôtel était « Comfort La City » et j'avais vérifié l'adresse, mais à l'entrée, il était indiqué « Zentitude », ce qui m'a fait croire qu'il s'agissait d'un autre hôtel. Le nom « La City » est également utilisé par l'hôtel Ibis situé à côté, ce qui m'a presque fait entrer dans leur parking. L'entrée du parking de l'hôtel Comfort était également difficile à trouver. On m'a expliqué que le nom de l'hôtel était en cours de changement de Zentitude à Comfort, ce que je comprends, mais pour le confort des clients, il serait souhaitable de faire ce changement rapidement. L'hôtel ne dispose pas de climatisation. Il faut se contenter d’un ventilateur, ce qui rend les journées chaudes difficiles à supporter. Heureusement, à partir du deuxième jour, la température a baissé, ce qui a permis de mieux supporter le séjour.

Très bon séjour dans cet appart Hôtel.

Chambre très spacieuse, petite douche, petite kitchenette parfait pour quelques jours. Le personnel est très très agréable, la chambre parfaitement propre, bonne literie et lit très spacieux. Le seul petit point négatif, pas de clim donc très chaud dans l'appart Hôtel. Laverie au sein de l'etablissement. Parking payant en dessous de l'hôtel, très pratique d'accès.

Une nuit de repos pour continuer notre route

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cette appart hôtel afin de faire une petite visite de la ville. L’hôtel est très bien situé pour se rendre au centre-ville, sur les berges du Doubs ou même visiter la citadelle. Il y a toutes les commodités pour un 3 étoiles. Nous étions au rez-de-chaussée, et nous n’avons pas été dérangé. Nous ne pouvons que recommander. Ah oui j’oubliais, il est aussi très facile de stationner, il n’est même pas nécessaire de prendre une place de stationnement avec l’hôtel (11/07/25).

Il est bien situé proche du centre ville. Ce n'est pas vraiment un hôtel, il n'y a plus d'accueil après 20h donc plus de services. Petit déjeuner assez basic et dans une petite salle. Pour ma part, il y avait un car de chinois ce matin là et donc plus de place au petit déjeuner. Le personnel est très agréable
