Es muss einem aber bewusst sein, dass die in Expedia gebuchten Zimmer sich nicht im Schloss sondern in einem Anbau aus den 90er Jahren befinden. Diese sind mit neuen Möbeln ausgestattet worden, haben leider ein ziemlich veraltetes Badezimmer und verfügen auch weder über einen Tresor, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher oder sonst irgendeine Annehmlichkeit. "Dear Sir/Madam The guests couldn't check in due to some problem of the connection between the hotel and the system of Hotels.com. We paid the booking in full at the moment of the booking, but the guests couldn't use it and to receive accommodation. By chance we found another accommodation Now we insist that Hotels.com refund us immediately and in full the amount of 752,22 EUR which I paid for the booking!
