The Lion Hotel Shrewsbury
Arrival- staff were helpful: My room was too hot, so another room was found for me. Any questions I had were dealt with immediately and successfully. Parking is available (1st come - 1st served!!) but reasonable cost. Central position and near most amenities, shops, etc.

No one in shop or office to report issues to, I txt the owner on Friday morning & they didn’t even open it until after we left on Saturday morning. No bathroom lights working, no outside light by hot tub and no covering over it to protect from weather/trees, so it was not used. No heating for night ...

Tedsmore Cottages
Staff were lovely and welcoming even with a self check in! Came to make sure we had a travel cot and high chair for our baby as we didn’t specify age of our youngest child! Lovely sight we can’t wait to go back

Long Mountain Centre
The cabin is situated in the most beautiful and peaceful area. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the cabin really let it down. We bought a full shop on the way to check in, but we couldn’t use the oven as all the numbers had worn off around the dials. A lot of food and money wasted, which is frustrating ...
