"The breakfast was a table in the corner with cornflakes and croissants. Not quite what you would expect when it says you are served local dishes every day. There was an air conditioner that didn't work and a slightly shady fan in the bedroom. "Room, floor, BATHROOM, dirty. Covering for drain in shower not attached, I stepped on it and went flying to the floor of the shower. Ruined my visit for friend's wedding. Informed staff, all they said was they would tell maintenance. No concern. Breakfast not great."

"It was more of an old hotel than antique ( things were worn like the carpet and furniture) could probably use some updating and it needs AC control for each room! It was 85 degrees for 3 days and they said the AC will begin next week. The TV is tiny for the size of the room but the make up vanity was a plus. The bed cushions and throws could be softer and balcony furniture definitely needs to be improved. It’s too noisy to leave the door open for fresh air so my nights we uncomfortably hot! II liked the location for walking and the hotel has complimentary bikes to get around! The staff was extremely accommodating and pleasant. I was given good directions and restaurant suggestions. I also received information for Bus and Fly from the reception and that saved me over €100 to get to the airport!! The breakfast croissants were yummy with a cappuccino to start my days! I liked that the area was local with a bar and supermarket. A bigger fridge would have been ideal to keep my own charcuterie, cheese and wine!! After all it’s Italy!!"

"I cannot believe the reviews on this B&B , as it is not an hotel , I am not being negative but shared bathrooms are not good especially when you have to get dressed in the middle of the night to use the toilets , particularly when dressing gowns and slippers are not provided, my room was very dark and the noise from the floor above was not great . Unfortunately I believed the posted reviews and was very disappointed."
