They made arrangements for a private transfer from Chamonix for us and also gave us a ride into Crans Montana to go to the golf course. We had dinner at the hotel and it was delicious! We highly recommend this hotel! Wish we could have stayed longer!"

"The hot spring swimming pool attached to the hotel is amazing -- beautifully built into the landscape, natural small of eucalyptus, open until 2045. Breakfast is excellent and wifi works well. Without aircon, a room on the second floor gets uncomfortably hot in the summer -- it was 25C at the start of the night, cooling down to 21C in the morning, on a day with high temperature of 23-24C."

"Best features of the Sunstar hotel are the views from the rooms and proximity to the First gondola. Basic rooms and basic breakfast. A bit disappointing considering the price."
