"I called the night before my arrival and was told that I would have to walk from the bus station to the hotel. It was not easy as uphill and I had two bags. When i arrived ( rather hot amd bothered), the receptionists said I should have called them to pick me up! "Amazing view. Very nice accommodations. Convenient access to the Schilthorn Gondola. The only downside is that room 26 is directly below the restaurant, which was noisy because chairs slid on the floor until 10:30. Restaurant was convenient and had very good food. They let me order and take food to room because my spouse was ill. Overall, a great place to stay!"
