"If I could give less than one star, I would. We booked three nights but checked out after just one because the conditions were so bad. The room was extremely hot with no air conditioning, so we had to open the window—only to have insects come in. The bed sheets had holes, the towels smelled awful, and I found something gross under the bed that I’d rather not describe. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and worst of all, I found bed bugs and had to kill them myself. The whole place felt neglected...

Well located next to métro ‘Reumannplatz station’, just 2 stations from central train station of Vienna. Many boutiques, restaurants and supermarket nearby. Check-in was very easy. "The property was in a good location during the day, there is the opportunity to see real Vienna being out the city center. Arriving at night as a solo female traveller wasn't ideal in this area, it feels very dark and the streets are extremely quiet. Its a good 10 min walk from the train station so google maps its essential. The appartment was easy to access with the information given by the host, it was very clean and had everthing you would need for a comfortable stay self catering. "
