La struttura in generale è carina e comoda, l’appartamento nuovo, mare raggiungibile a piedi e piscina discreta. La cattiva gestione dell’appartamento purtroppo ha influito in maniera negativa sulla mia vacanza nel residence. Il personale che gestiscono l’immobile in cui ho soggiornato, vivono lontani dalla struttura stessa, non sono stati in grado di dare un pronto sostegno quando c’è ne stato bisogno. Al momento del check-in abbiamo dovuto aspettare per quasi 1 ora sotto il sole cocente fuori il residence nonostante siamo arrivati negli orari previsti e comunicatoci da questo sito. Durante il soggiorno per un guasto ad uno dei contatori siamo rimasti per più di due ore senza energia elettrica e quindi senza acqua fresca, aria condizionata con delle temperature proibitive, sempre a causa della non prontezza dell’intervento di chi avrebbe dovuto risolvere la problematica in tempi ristretti. Dopo più di due ore, ci hanno trasferito in un’altro appartamento “più piccolo” sino al giorno della partenza. Credo sia indecente ricevere assistenza dopo più di due ore che si è richiesto aiuto. Deludenti e per nulla professionali. Sconsiglio vivamente di prenotare questa struttura finché Hotels.com non cambi i gestori dell’appartamento stesso.

Alles war so wie es beschrieben sehr schön. Das einzige Problem war, dass man nur am Pool W-LAN ( Internet) hatte in zimmern leider nicht.
