"Amazing exclusive hotel, we got a room upgrade and half bottle of good champagne upon arrival! Wonderful service by Sorian and his colleagues. The room was large and comfortable, with a large terrace and jacuzzi. We booked a dinner table last minute and sadly did not have a table with a view, but the food was excellent!"

Hotel Puerta de Bilbao

Hotel Puerta de Bilbao

10/10 Excellent
"Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to locate the Hotel car park! Lovely property and now we know where the car park is and route to it, will be back when travelling through the Port. Excellent quality breakfast, fresh rooms and spacious public areas. Out of 3 different hotels I have stayed at, whilst I travel on the Ferry this is easily the best and most relaxing. Thank you"

"El personal es amable. La habitación estaba limpia. Algunas cosas fallaron el primer día, pero al día siguiente estaban resueltas. Esta alejado del centro histórico, pero a una distancia que se puede caminar"
