Hotel Riu Plaza Berlin
Front desk staff unhelpful and rude. The room had a broken mirror held together with tape. Red stain on the ceiling!!!!!

Very clean room and hallways (and surprisingly little noise from neighbouring rooms and their doors. Good bar food but very slow/absent service in evening. Ate breakfast outside of the hotel.
