The room was simple but comfortable and clean. Check-in staff were friendly. The highlight was breakfast, which had a really wide range of foods from cooked breakfast to cereals, breads and cold meat and cheeses. The location was fantastic, within half an hour's walk of all the big sights and near plenty of transport options (including to get to the airport). Would stay there again if i was visiting Berlin again.

The location of the hotel is ideal, with public transports nearby, connecting to all directions of the city. The staff were nice and friendly, they stored our luggage before we checked in so that we could explore the city. Very much appreciated!

Convenient location

The room was comfortable but not cleaned well. The carpet was dirty and stained and the bathroom, whilst we got clean towels daily, was not cleaned well if at all!! Th hotel was best for its location. Just a short walk from Checkpoint Charlie and the Concert Hall.

The hotel was a little hard to find as we were on the opposite pavement and the hotel’s name didn’t really stand out. It was very conveniently located for walking to many sights including the Brandenburg Gates and Check Point Charlie and also public transport was just a street or two away. The room was a little more compact than the photos suggested but very comfortable bed. The public areas were very nicely furnished and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
