I am 92 years old at the staff at the hotel, the most accommodating and helpful of any hotel I’ve ever been a guest, and I’ve been in hundreds of hotels in my long life.

Great location and nice staff. But not the best Novotel I’ve stayed in - 1 of the 2 lifts broken throughout stay, air con not fit for purpose for warm August nights, housekeeping trollies on the corridors 24/7 and room service not done at least only

The hotel location was fantastic! Close to bus and train stops. There is a grocery store around the corner and it’s close to historical sites. The staff was very kind and helpful. Room was perfect for our family of 4. Love how the toilet is separate from shower space.

Extra beds where hard, the kitchen corner was a joke, you can’t call it kitchen if it only has microwave and kettle. Tv did not work and toilet smelled like pee every day. Cleaning at the room was done nicely and staff was friendly.

Excellent hotel, very good service from the staff, super central with a metro stop on the corner, and many attractions within walking distance. It has parking and the breakfast is very good. We had a few items that were not replaced in the room on a daily basis, but we reported it and they were taken care of.
