The hotel location was fantastic! Close to bus and train stops. There is a grocery store around the corner and it’s close to historical sites. The staff was very kind and helpful. Room was perfect for our family of 4. Love how the toilet is separate from shower space.

Excellent hotel, very good service from the staff, super central with a metro stop on the corner, and many attractions within walking distance. It has parking and the breakfast is very good. We are a family of four (two parents and two boys ages 15 and 13). We stayed three nights at Novotel Suites Berlin Potsdamer Platz in late June 2026 in a Standard Suite, Multiple Beds, Kitchenette room. Overall, we thought the location was great and the room seemed to be a good value. We loved that there were three sinks and the toilet was separate from the shower/bath. The wifi worked well. However, there were several things that could have been better. The weather was very hot and the room's air conditioning was woefully inadequate, so the room felt overly warm and stuffy. Opening the room's windows and door helped to address the stuffiness, but it was less than ideal due to street noise intruding throughout the night and lack of privacy with our door open (and we of course didn't sleep with the room door open). The elevator was exceptionally slow, using the hotel's parking garage was confusing (we ended up parking on the street two nights), and while the staff were generally friendly, they were pretty unhelpful at times.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and convenience. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully furnished, making it feel like a home away from home. The decor was modern and welcoming, and all the amenities provided made the stay extremely comfortable. The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, which made exploring the area very convenient. I also appreciated how quiet and relaxing the environment was, allowing for a peaceful stay after a long day out. Overall, the experience was very positive.
