Horrendous staff. Terrible customer service.
Horrible experience. Rudest staff ever. They were supposed to charge me 3 euros for tax and charged me 103 euros instead. then they had a terrible attitude about it. i was on a budget trip alone in a foreign country so i was not in a position to lose this 100 euro. they then lied and said they would refund immediately. I still have not received my refund. David is the worst and the manager was angry at me becasue they made a mistake. Check your receipts. Not sure if this was a mistake or a scam. Worst experience i’ve had in a long time
