"The appointments of the hotel were very nice. We really enjoyed it. It was relaxing, clean well-maintained. The staff was very helpful. I spilled my coffee in the breakfast room and the lady working there came right away and cleaned it up and wouldn’t let us do it would go back a little pricey, but it was a holiday weekend so to be expected."

"The resort was very comfortable for our 2-night stay. The check-in was easy and the lobby offers iced water, coffee and lemonade slushies 24/7. Our room was very nice, the bed was comfortable and our view from the balcony overlooking the immaculately manicured grounds was very enjoyable. The breakfasts were delicious, and featured trademark Amish country cinnamon rolls. Parking was very convenient to our room. We also enjoyed the walking path on the property and gathered around a gas fireplace on the back patio one evening and chatted with other guests of the resort. There is a miniature village and play area for families who bring children, too. The Berlin Resort was a good choice for us."

"Could it use an updating? What Best Western couldn’t? Inside and out were very clean, super friendly staff, quiet and very comfortable bedding. Plenty of choices in the area to eat and a Walmart less than a quarter mile away. I did not try the breakfast so I cannot comment on that, but I felt the Wi-Fi was rather slow. More than ample parking also. I would definitely stay here again since I spend 2 to 3 weekends a month in the area."
