Hotel is is in good location with easy access to groceries and dining. Equipped with a kitchenette and dishes for long stays or if you do want to stay in. Also has complimentary tea/coffee in the lobby. Improvements would be a luggage rack and a decent size television as the current 32" is hardly visible .

Parking in Berlin is a nightmare! Fortunately, at the end weeks of August, enough people are on vacation that most times near the hotel a spot could be found! Good location to get to where we needed to be. Staff were very good.

The room was comfortable and clean. I was on the side of the street where there is a lot of traffic noise, but when you close the window you don't hear a thing. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The room had a small kitchenette that was very cute.

The hotel is well located, property was clean. On duty personal was OK but not very amicable. we stayed one week and the room was cleaned only once! we are long past the covid days !. We had to ask for towels to be changed...

Perfect location, spacious rooms.

We are a famlily of four and had a very nice stay. The location is perfect. Close to everything you need. Bakeries just outside on the street, 300m to supermarket, and a short walk to Kurfürstendam. Busses near by. The room we had was spacius, with a small kitchen. It had all the basics you might need. We bought our own breakfast at the bakeries, but the hotel offers a breakfast buffet as well. Did not try it, but it looked nice. Only thing to note is that the sofabed is not really suitable for adults, only children would be able to sleep well in it.

Perfect spot for the marathon weekend.

We were in Berlin for the marathon and wanted to book an apartment with cooking facilities. The Citadines were absolutely perfect - really comfortable, and the kitchenette was very well equipped. The marathon goes right by the door so it also makes for easy supporting. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay

Thisis our 3rd time in this hotel. I Love it. You have all the acommodations of a house with hotel services. It is a win win.Also, the reception guy is very nice, charming and helpful Fully Recomended.

The hotel is excellent in every way. There are bus stops nearby (about 200 m). The room is equipped with everything you need, including a kitchen. The attitude towards guests deserves special praise. Free coffee and free drinking water in the lobby. I recommend this one to everyone.

Nice 👍 place to stay, the price could be better

Great apartment, in a Good area, close to center and schonenberg, zoo, Kudam, Kadewe etc ... The apartment is quite spacious and have a good bathroom with bath and shampoo. Kitchen is basic, no coffee machine or any kind of courtesy like water or tea.

We stayed in regular studio rooms which are older, but clean and nice size. Staff was helpful and location is fairly nice. The biggest problem for us was parking! Do not stay here if you have a vehicle unless it is tiny! Street parking is extremely busy and tight and hotel's basement parking lot that is accessed via vehicle elevator is an absolute nightmare to use with how tight the spaces and turning areas are - we should never have tried to do it. We did not have breakfast here and we never did any laundry so I cannot comment on these factors.
