The room was warm, there was plenty of space, beds were comfortable, the kitchenette was well equipped and the bathroom was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't have the breakfast as it seemed quite expensive, but everything else was perfect.

Everything was nice in general. There are many transports connecting to different spots in Berlin and the hotel room was also nice that a family can stay. Downstairs there was a place to chill as well as a kid’s area. We would stay again if we come back to Berlin.

Extraordinary staff

Very comfortable, central Hotel, with little gym - but beat was definitely the staff at reception. Always friendly and present, helpful and professional. Very seldom these days... Most staff other places are simply not interested in guests.

Good, safe location about 15 mins walk from Zoo station though there are closer U-bahn stations. We arrived 1hr before check in expecting to just leave our bags but were allowed to check in. Rooms have a small kitchen area with microwave, fridge, coffee machine, two plate hob which was very useful, saved quite a lot of money being able to make a coffee. There is a Lidl supermarket 2 mins from the accommodation. Will definitely stay here again.

Short break in Berlin This hotel was close to public transport and a short walk to a number of bars and cafes. Quiet, set back from the main road, so no issue with traffic noise. Good sized room with small kitchen area.

Hotel is nice and peaceful and staff is polite.There was a little problem with the shower, but the staff fixed it right away so it was great ! We have been in the adagio many times before and always there haven’t been any problems :)

Great location, close to transport links and a high end shopping street (Kurfürstendamm). The lobby has a very relaxed atmosphere. The room has everything you need and was cool enough even on the warmest nights. Be aware if you set off the fire alarm when making breakfast you are liable to a fine of 1500 euro. Don’t burn your toast!

Location of this hotel is good and the stuff is friendly. A grocery store is very near the hotel. Our apartment was in the first floor and it was clean and there was space enough for our family but it was very dark in there. I mean that even with the lamps it was dark inside the room. All in all we liked the place and could go there again.

This is an apartment hotel. They don’t clean your room during your stay. I didn’t know when I booked it. But they emailed me immediately that it is like that. I didn’t think of it that much at that time. But it definitely was an issue for me after two days. The room had a kitchen with all the necessary things for cooking which I didn’t use. It might be good for some people but not for me. The breakfast was fantastic.

This would be a great aparthotel for spring, fall or winter. It's on a side street and relatively quiet. It's nice to have a kitchen. However, there is false advertising as there is no real air conditioning. They say they have an "eco air-conditioning system" but it does not cool the rooms. You have to open the window, but windows only open 2 inches. You then have to have special permission to have staff unlock window to open it completely. Even with windows open, it was still quite warm. Funny that the lobby is cool, especially the area in front of the elevators.

The only reason I didn't give this hotel 5 stars is that the wifi wouldn't connect with my laptop, though it did connect with my iPhone. I have used the laptop with wifi in dozens of other locations so it's not a problem with the computer. When I inquired about this, the receptionist was polite and tried to help but also could not find a solution. I did need to use the computer for work so this was inconvenient.

This was our second visit to Berlin, and we returned to Adagio because the place is so friendly, well situated and has all that we need from an apartment. Being able to cook in the room with supermarkets close by is a real plus point, although there are some great places to eat nearby. There are great facilities in the room and in the hotel too. Staff are very helpful and multilingual. Travel is easy with many bus and train lines nos within walking distance.
