"Loved our stay! The Family/Friends Cabin was perfect. Very clean and even had chocolate chip cookies waiting for us. Had a jacuzzi tub and was very convenient to Berlin downtown shops. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back."

"My husband and I stayed a weekend and really loved our room. It is in the main area of Berlin. So many wonderful shops and places to eat. For being right in the middle of town it was not noisy. The room was spacious and clean. The kitchen was useful; however, bring your own supplies if you are staying a couple days and needing the kitchen. Rachel at Berlin Heritage Inn checked us in and she was incredibly sweet and helpful. The bedroom was perfect size for a couple night stay and the bed was comfortable. My only suggestion for the room would be to replace the couches in the living room. They are extremely uncomortable to sit on. My husband and I said we would definitely book this again for any future trip to Berlin."

"My only issue is that in my shower the shampoo dispenser and the body wash dispenser were empty when I checked in. Additionally the one day I accepted housekeeping service, Friday - September 25, neither of those dispensers were filled or swapped out. Thankfully I always carry a complete set of toiletries when I travel."

"The property was beautiful and the desk staff were pleasant and welcoming. However, without any warning awaken from sleep by someone entering our room for maintenance. Shouted we are still here. The person left but returned later knocking on the door. We asked him to come back after our check-out time. The reply was "I don't work all day and you should have put a Do Not Disturb sign on the door." There was no Do Not Disturb sign anywhere in the room for the door. We did not ask for any maintenance and if it were so urgent for maintenance to be done, why were we given the room in the first place? It was scary to have someone enter your room when you are asleep. If you plan on staying, make sure there is no maintenance scheduled for your room."
