"There’s a glitch where hotels.com doesn’t seem to pass the guest’s email on so the property can’t send the check in details until you check directly / via the support chat. It’s quick from there on but rather annoying Otherwise brand new and a beautiful space with 4m ceilings but with a price point appropriate lowish budget fit out. Perfect location for train / airport"

"Stayed in the Juliet room. The place is okay. Penny grocery store just down the street was nice. But the kitchen is kinda gross and smelly. The bathroom is fairly clean. The bed is worn out from having a single person sleep on it so you both roll into the middle which sucks. Friendly host. It's passable but I wouldn't recommend to my friends. "
