"The toilet in the room they first gave wasn’t flashing well. But they were kind to offer another room. During the booking i couldn’t see anywhere indicated that they charge $50 (refundable if everything is okay) for incidental… until the day of check in…. It is a nice place thought."

Paid to park car in hotel parking this should have been included since paying for more then one night.but over all was clean, quiet and next to everything and had Starbucks available in lobby nice place!"

"Been to this resort every year for years. We usually don’t eat on property except for Signature (amazing) and pool side. This time we decided to stay on property and to be honest not impressed at all. We skipped big breakfast and ate at Henrietta’s not good at all!! Lunch time we ate at Spitfire and had a sandwich. Service was very slow. The sandwich was good except for all the oil saturated on the bread. Dinner we ate Mexican, not impressed at all. I truly feel for the top notch hotel i feel it is the food should be also"
