"The hotel was nice needed a little refurbishment. The staff made up for it been attentive and helpful. Was worth the money, security was good around the building. One young man lindo in particular very helpful. View of the harbour from my bedroom was amazing I was on the 18th flood of 23. Pool is on rooftop alongside the spa facilities very safe. "

"We know Durban well, have stayed here before and will do so again. We give top ratings in every department but outsiders should know that you must have a car because it is in a residential area with no shops or restaurants close by. The owners are on site and super friendly and energetic. Breakfast is great."

"Nice old converted house. Good neighbourhood. Check in staff not available when I arrived despite being at a time they were meant to be there. Found a security guard who suggested I call the duty manager who was not on site - security guard let me in to room. Left after a few days while only ever having seen the security guard and occasionally someone on reception, who was not particularly helpful."
