Bit of a let down

Hotels.com clearly stated that rooms at this hotel were accessible. They're not. Very difficult to move around, loo the size of that found in a primary school. I really struggled in this room. Food was average. We had an average breakfast there both mornings and dinner one evening. Service is slow. Asked for some dressing, had finished eating by the time it arrived! Plus points: location and blue badge parking

La chambre était correcte. Mais pour un 3 étoiles il y a quand même des problèmes de netteté. Joint de la porte fenêtre et donc le cent sui souffle dedans, la salle de bain n était pas nette non plus, des traces d usures. Le personnel était sympathique. Le restaurant au top.

Ligt mooi aan boulevard maar gewone kamers liggen aan achterkant. Piepklein en uitzicht op een groot dak. Wel schoon en netjes. Restaurants aan de boulevard: duur en slecht eten. Niet doen dus. Wel heel mooi breed strand.

Attention, pris une réservation sur le site et arrivée à hôtel comme c était moins cher, ils m ont fait payer la différence sur place sinon vous n avez pas la chambre. C était vu panoramique pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants 4 et 17 ans. Réponse de la réception 17 ans c est adulte et vu panoramique est a 175€ donc 25€ a rendre sur place

Payer ...presque 100 eu sans ptit dejeuner ( 89 plus la presence du chien ) pour se voir mis dans une si petite chambre vu en vis a vis des autres chambres ( pas d intimiter) ,pas de place parking dehors a moins de 200 metres n y dans celui de l hotel (complet alors que je l ai demander lors de la reservations) un personnel qui est a la limite desagreable ,hautains et fait attendre je ne sais combien de temps dans le hall les clients ,et bcp le temps de chipoter sur leur ordi ....pire qu une administration la ...plus jamais
