"This hotel was really lovely, and the location was truly fantastic. The BEST part was the cafe/bar staff, particularly Syida and Afiq! They were so attentive and friendly and personable. I was traveling alone and they made me feel like I had some friends with me in the hotel, plus they knew my order and were super efficient! I travel alone often and it’s always a plus to meet very special hotel staff and they were among the best! Overall great hotel with the most convenient location, and great staff! Definitely recommend for your time in Kuala Lumpur!"
