"The hotel is not to the standard that I typically expect of Wyndham properties. At some point, it may have been a premium hotel but it is very dated. The lobby, restaurant, and conference rooms are decent. But, the hotel rooms are poorly decorated and look cheap. Additionally, our first room had an AC unit that didn’t work. Fortunately, the clerk provided us another room. The price is relatively low but the lodging is not a good value."

"We were first-time Marriott guests, and what an introduction it was — we will absolutely be back! We chose this property to celebrate a special family occasion, and from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out, the entire team made us feel like we were among family. Every detail was handled with care and warmth. As parents of two autistic children, finding accommodations that truly accommodate our family can be a real challenge. The staff and management here went far above and beyond - anticipating our needs, checking in on us, and ensuring our children felt comfortable and safe throughout our entire stay. Not once did we feel out of place or like a burden. That means more than words can express. A special mention must go to their manager, who is simply outstanding. Her leadership clearly sets the tone for the entire team's exceptional level of care and hospitality. If you are looking for a hotel that treats guests like people , especially families with additional needs , look no further. This Marriott has earned customers for life. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"This could be a magnificent property with a location close to the hospital, and in a physically demanding location. While the room was in clean condition with fresh sheets, a working AC, the parking left much to be desired. With mud covering some of the prime spots, an open area behind the hotel with no access from the back into the building, and no signs indicating a short term parking option to offload luggage in the front. A sign noted there was no longer an option for shuttle service, the hotel van was parked in a space that would be good as a short term check in spot. The bathroom was horrid! There were huge areas of mold above the shower/bathtub, and while I'm certain the towels were clean, there were large holes in the towels. The staff at this property were wonderful. My welcome was very friendly. Personnel deserve a better spot to be a representative of. Too late for breakfast, I was offered the fruit I was seeking by the most generous and friendly service member. It's sad that the whole hospital area and its coordinating services are in such poor condition. I do encourage a check of the unit you are in for mold, especially as many are there seeking medical service support. A good manager with a thorough walk through of the property would be beneficial. "
