"Staff was fantastic. But this inn was run down. Ac worked well, but smelled like it was blowing 100 year old air. Cigarette burns in bedding. Broken shower head. Dirty in general. Tv was in store mode and there’s no setting I could find to turn that off, so it would turn off every 15 minutes."

"Gym is small. TV, Microwave and Refrigerator worked. Hotel is clean & staff is good. Parking is easy. Room is a little warm. I recommend turning the AC down. But overall it was a good stay. "

"The staff member who checked us in held us hostage for an additional $75 fee after we had already paid $181 for the room ahead of time. He was rude and told me to pay it or leave and he wouldn't refund me for the room if I left. The AC in the room did not work at all. Finally after trying for hours to get it to work it kicked on about 5am. The staff checking us in ruined the entire experience. I'll never stay BW again. Kids were staying there after their prom and were up all night drinking and being loud."
