Parking was safe & convenient. I appreciated extra towels in our room and breakfast included. Construction going on. Worn and dirty carpet in hallways, dirty smudged wall in our bathroom. Had to carry baggage up steps as no elevator.

Hampton Inn Lebanon
The hotel was rundown and outdated. It needs a definite upgrade. Nothing felt clean. We didn't even stay for breakfast because we didn't like how things looked or felt. The staff checking us in didn't even ask for ID.
