(There was no one available at night to carry the luggage up to the room on the first floor—there is no elevator—but everything went fine.) The air conditioning worked well; I didn't use the bar."

"Fabulous staff, always willing to help. Food is amazing including the evening buffet. Only problem was our air conditioning didn’t work but it wasn’t a huge problem. "I had one night in Benitses at this great apartment due to a booking mistake I made. What a fortuitous mistake! Benitses and this accommodation were lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful greeting me with water and a cool cloth to refresh after my journey. Staff helped with food and travel recommendations, nothing was a trouble. My room was well equipped, and clean, I had a lovely sunny balcony. Breakfast was all homemade and beautifully presented at an additional 20 euros. I would definitely return and stay here again."
