"Wie der check-in ablaufen sollte, wurde überhaupt nicht mitgeteilt.
Nur durch eine Email wurde man informiert, daß die Kurkarte vom Hotel Vierjahreszeiten in Bensersiel verteilt wird. Erhalten habe ich diese nie. Der Schlüssel lag ohne vorherige Information auf der Theke der unbesetzten Rezeption des Hotels und die Adresse stand drauf.
Beim Angekommen in der Wohnung fällt der dreckige Boden auf.
Im Wohnzimmer waren zwei Klappbetten, wobei bei einem Schrankbett die halbe Holzverkleidung fehlte...

"Nachttisch Lampen beide defekt.
Tolittendeckel vergilbt hätte längst ausgetauscht werden müssen. Die Treppen sind zu steil für ältere Menschen,Ich selber hatte meine Probleme rauf und runter zukommen. Würde eine Parterre Wohnung nehmen wenn ich nochmal hinfahren würde.Für Hunde ist sehr schön.

"The apartment is very spacious, well equipped and clean. The overall stay was pleasant however it was a bit odd that I did not get any mail prior to check in. We still have to call the owner. But at least it was quick."

"Eigentlich eine schöne grosse Wohnung mit funktionaler Ausstattung. Der kleine Balkon ist ein Plus.
Leider ist die Küche sehr klein und schlecht ausgestattet.
Wer nur eine Bleibe zum Schlafen sucht ist hier richtig. Aber Kochen und Abwaschen macht hier keinen Spass."
