Always clean. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast selection. The only things that let it down was the hotel bar closing at 8pm, and they never, ever tell you which of the 2 hotels you're actually staying at. No problem the first time, but the second time one of our party had severe mobility issues, and the walk to the other site wasn't a great experience.

We paid over £200 per night for two nights for what was a very small and dated room - we left after one night and checked into a hotel a few km away which was £175 per night including breakfast and was fabulous. We were very disappointed with Poseidon Resort hotel - when we checked out early nobody even asked why!

Nos alojamos una semana en junio en los apartamentos,estan bastante bien para el precio qe tienen la unica paga las camas que eran incomodisimas tres demasiado duras como dormir sobre una tabla y la otra que se le notaban los muelles al acostarte en ellapor lo demas la parte positiva es que aunque estes alojado en los apartamentos puedes acceder a todas las instalaciones del hotel, restaurante,piscina, jacuzzi,etc.

Overall a nice budget friendly hotel with pros and cons, the pros are location, fantastically located giving you the option of both new town and old town in walking distance, the staff were brilliant putting in a lot of effort for entertainment and communication, the pool and breakfast were really nice and clean. A few cons are that the room could do with a update the walls had marks and other areas of the room could do with a freshen up (tv, balcony furniture , coffee making facilities etc) maybe look for beds that could be clasped together to avoid a gap down the middle when combining two singles) Unfortunately the room walls are very thin so from 7am you can here the other rooms leaving and their doors slamming and the bin men outside but if you are not overly worried about lying in it’s not an issue. Overall a very Nice budget stay which could be made better and encourage a return trip.

Beware there is two Poseidon in Benidorm

Travelling with friends but i booked the wrong poseidon. I wanted the beachfront. I ask front desk if we can transfer but not granted.beware therw is two Poseidon. The bed wasnt comfee only one very thin pillow. Toulet need upgradingThey focus cleaning more on the pool and the entertainment area. The are is near to restaurant and few corners away from the beach. Too crowded in the pool. The entertainment music is too loud. Too many people always sat and waiting in the llobby

Groot en proper hotel, alleen spijtig dat het eten wat teveel is afgestemd op de Spaanse gasten Personeel is vriendelijk Spijtig dat ook hier de badlakens al van ‘s morgens mogen gelegd worden aan het zwembad en dat de meeste mensen er nog niet voor de helft gebruik van maken, dus zijn bijna altijd leeg en wij hadden geen plaats

Trivsamt hotell!

Trevligt hotell i bra läge. Rent och snyggt och väldigt bra klass på maten vilket var en positiv överraskning så helpension kan rekommenderas! Det enda negativa är att det är väldigt lyhört så man vaknade flera gånger då grannen bredvid stängde sin dörr. Men vi kommer gärna hit igen vid nästa Benidorm besök till hösten.

Really Good, But Could Be Exceptional.

Poseidon Resort is made up of 2 hotels next door to each other. Guests get to use the facilities at either hotel. Breakfast is standard for Spanish hotels. Good selection but hot food wasn't really hot at all. Reception area a little dated but very clean. Again, rooms are clean but pretty outdated, but they are currently renovating floor by floor, so maybe they'll be better soon. Very hot for the first part of the week, but they don't switch their aircon on until May, which seems ridiculous. No fans in rooms to counter this. Bar prices are good and Paco was great, really good fun! First time I've stayed at a Benidorm hotel that didn't offer an iron or board. At all. No ironing service either, so we were a little crumpled at times. They should change that, it's a standard service in all other hotels in the town. My review sounds negative, but it's not. My stay was a good one, and I would not hesitate to stay there again. However, a few minor changes and it becomes my first choice. Oh! Ants! All over the bathroom. Not good.
