Absolutely stunning veiws, great location, very personable member of staff with good communication seconds from beech, downside Noisy all night with people outside the building and parts of the apartment are dated, would most definitely stay again though

Very clean, bed comfortable. Settee in lounge area not so comfortable and needed updating. Not greatly equipped in the kitchen, kettle didn’t switch off automatically and broken lid. Balcony very close to opposite building. Balcony in need of repair we noticed one of the railings needed replacing. No cushions on outdoor furniture but these were soon supplied when I requested them. Lovely bloke on reception, very helpful and polite. All other areas in apartments were clean and smelt lovely..

This property was as beautiful in real life as in the pictures. As soon as you step inside you’re met with a very pleasant aroma. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The decor is really modern and stylish. The apartment itself was stunning. Great facilites, beautifully designed with a window that you could see to the bedroom from the living room. The view… truly amazing. Large balcony space for relaxing and enjoying the insta-worthy sunsets! There was a broom, mop, dustpan, spare trash bags, washing up liquid and hand wash in the kitchen area to clean with. They gave us tablets for the dishwasher and replaced the tea, coffee and biscuits everyday. The only thing I would have liked was some milk for the hot drinks. Spacious kitchen with dining table, lots of cupboard space and a washing machine. The bedroom was also really nice with lots of space to store clothes etc. There were shutters on the windows for privacy and if you wanted to have a siesta. Big shower & the bathroom came with mini Rituals Cosmetics shower gel and shampoo which was a nice touch. Towels were changed regularly and the room was always left fresh when we got back. The only issues experienced were the shower door got stuck and wouldn’t open a few times and noticed a slight leak into the bedroom from the bathroom. The staff were super helpful and more than happy to help with all of our requests and concerns even wishing my sister a happy birthday. Thank you Arenal Suit a for a lovely stay!

Was a bit unsure when I first got there as right next a very noisy bar but once inside the apartment you can not hear anything. Well maintained apartment . Had everything we needed . Slept really well. Good pillows

Very modern clean apartment close to all amenities. Premises was spotless with 2 recommedations: ensuite shower head didnt work properly so needs looking at and property needed a full length mirror other than that, it was an ideal location as beach front, safe and friendly. Tha k you xx Ps property does come with clean towels every 2nd day and has aan iton and hair dryer for any females booking xxx

Nightmare

Unfortunately our stay at these apartments wasn't a pleasant one, due to someone below our rooms began drilling with a hammer drill at 08.10 in the morning and continued for quite a few hours. We couldn't have a conversation and be heard. We were told by the agent that no one else had complained... Maybe they had left their apartments before it started or were on a higher floor which had no affect. I think it should have maybe said in the details that there would be some work ongoing at this time. The air conditioning was almost non existing, it either spewed water out all over or didn't work. The temperature at night required the A/C but unfortunately we couldn't use it. I don't like leaving negative comments but in this case I find it necessary as the agent was quite unperturbed when I told him about this and replied 'I hope your next visit will be better '. Sorry but No Next time!!! Unless things improve.
