"Al mio arrivo nessuno sapeva della prenotazione (tra l'altro già pagata interamente), solo dopo mezz'ora di discussione si sono accorti della prenotazione. In tre giorni di soggiorno nessuno ha rifatto la camera e soprattutto cambiato gli asciugamani in bagno. Il Riad è molto bello ma il servizio è stato davvero discutibile "
