Overall experience is okay but not at par as name Welcome by ITC... Hairdryer is not working...We are 4 guests including my 2 kids already mentioned but I had to ask for extra blanket at 11 pm. So it's 3 star out of 5 from my side.

Overall wonderful hotel in a great location. Staff are super helpful generally. However breakfast is although a huge spread, the quality of the food is iffy. At times the scrambled eggs were dry and chewy, the dosa colorless and limp, the chutney was mainly water. A surprising thing for this property ...

This was a super stay - hotel is very central, nice rooms and common areas including a good pool, great breakfast, fantastic service. Booking a club is room was worth it - the included food and drink was generous, high quality, and worth it. This is now my go to hotel in Bangalore
