"Beware: We booked a double room which clearly says air conditioning in the description but when we entered the room there was no air conditioning. When we asked the staff, they just gave us another room. If there was no availability we could have been stuck in a room that has no air conditioning. "This hotel is unbelievable in its attention to details from when you arrive until you leave. The personal touch is there from the start when they check you in with refreshments on the couch.
