"The accomodation was great. Staff are polite and helpfull. The food was perfect and generous. Jaccuzzi not working at the time of our visit, but for future use it will add more attraction. The location is the gateway to Hayling Island adventure with numerous amount of parking space and leissure areas. HIGHLY RECOMENDED.....WILL COME BACK AGAIN."

"The room was spotlessly clean on arrival and fresh smelling. The common areas were clean and well decorated.Strangely although there were 4 containers of shower gel, shampoo etc. there was no hand soap. As we were only staying one night we managed to get around this. The grounds were lovely but the outside of the back of the building has paint peeling. We had lunch which was decent and a good value. A couple of negative points. The pool and spa are closed until further notice. We were advised of this before our stay with a note saying that the pool and spa are complimentary elements so no refund or reduction is possible. Surely a hotel with Spa in it's name has this as central to the experience not a free extra? This didn't affect us personally as we didn't have time but is worth others being aware of if booking. We arrived back from an event about 11.15pm and would have liked a drink from the bar and some nibbles but were told by the person on reception that the bar closes at 11pm. With big events on locally it be good if it stayed open a bit later.Breakfast the next morning was very good with plenty of options available."

"Staff were very welcoming and chatty. They were also helpful when we needed things. The Rooms were fine but looked a bit tired. The cover had fallen off the bathroom extractor fan and the heated towel rail was held together with electrical tape for example. However the TV had a full range of "freeview" programmes. The adjoining Hungry Horse was useful but very busy as we hit it at 7.00pm on a Friday evening. Breakfasts were Okay. Food was good but orange juice ran out, the coffee was just basic filter coffee that was left warming and there was only "breakfast tea" sachets rather than a selection but prices were very reasonable."

"Stayed for 2 nights 22-25 Nay 2026 Room Clean Bed Base broken - dispute that had a good night sleep. Bit Dated Shower Good and powerful. No Apps on TV - Disappointing as limited and unable to mirror from phone. Breakfast was Average Booked in for what is supposed to be À la carte Ordered our starter and mains. Waited for over 40 minutes they were very busy - and then the main course came out - we said we haven’t had the starter - they offered to take the food back and bring the starters. We then opted to only have the main which wasn’t the best below average. Pool jacuzzi Good"
