Облом, отель на ремонте.

Отель на ремонте. В отеле только строители. Весит объявление на испанском. Отдых был испорчен. Никто меня перед поездкой не предупредил, что ремонт. Но предупреждали ,что сколько дней осталось до поездки.

Aunque el establecimiento no esta mal el personal no ayuda nada. En teoria el desayuno empieza a las 8;15 pero hasta las 9 no aparece nadie. Y aunque pedí expresamente por temas d trabajo el desayuno puntual fue imposible. Desayuno escaso y de mala calidad. Es barato pero no merece la pena

Au charme d'antan! Pour une nuit c'est parfait!

Idéal pour une nuit. Hôtel ayant un charme d'antan pas désagréable. Chambre correcte, salle de douche egalement. Literie un peu vieillotte. Le personnel pourrait être un peu plus aimable. Mais je m'attendais à pire au vue des notes!

Réception limitée chambre infecte un odeur neozabonde qu’a ont ouvre la fenêtre des cocons de chenilles vous tombe déçu et quand ont demande une autre chambre la totale pas chambre et pas de remboursement . Avec ça il vous rigole au nez bien l’hôtel fonda biayna et où le respect des clients erreur de ma part je n’ai fait de photos

El hotel esta en el centro del pueblo

Nuestra experiencia con el dueňo o gestor del hotel fue bastante desagradable. Nos queria hacer pagar de nuevo la habitación porque decía que el pago se hacía allí. Le enseňamos el resguardo del pago y le dio igual, seguía diciendo que le teníamos que abonar el hotel. Sus palabras fueron: yo os tengo que cobrar, ya hareis las gestiones para que os devuelva el dinero expedia. Llamamos nosotros a expedia porque él ni quiso llamar, le pasamos el teléfono y montó un espectáculo delante nuestro con gritos incluídos. Colgó el teléfono, nos lo devolvió y ni unas disculpas. Comportamiento horroroso e inaceptable. No volveríamos nunca ni lo recomiendo.

Edificio muy viejo con su encanto pero poco cuidado y sentí que no cuidan a los clientes. Empezaron a limpiar encima a las 7 de la mañana moviendo muebles y se escuchaba todo. No nos dieron cena y el desayuno pobre no, lo siguiente.

El personal muy agradable, el establecimiento esta bien, el desayuno muy bien. Lo unico la luz del baño no funcionaba bien y el desayuno a las 8.15 es un poco justo para poder estar a las 9 en pistas.

Casa con encanto

La localizacion excelente. La casa es muy antigua y se nota en el mobiliario, paredes, etc... pero tiene mucho encanto! Cama y baño muy bien. El personal de recepcion tuvo un poco de lio con las reservas al principio, pero cuando se aclararon, todo bien. El desayuno muy bueno y recomendable, pero para si vas a ir a esquiar, quizas te parezca que lo sirven algo tarde (08:20 empezaban).

Una FONDA de ayer y de hoy, todo correcto.

Habitación muy correcta, con el gusto de otra época. Un lugar encantador, desayuno variado. Se puede recomendar para dos noches.

Problemas de cobro

Segunda vez visito y las dos con reserva pagada. Y las dos veces problemas con que no ha recibido pago o ha hecho algo mal. Cierto interes dudoso en hacerse con numero targeta credito. Local viejo, pero con cierto encanto. Lastima que este algo mal gestionado.
