"I hate to write something like this but it starts off the first day heater didn’t work we’re freezing and we complain and they came up and said all they had to change something because of the unexpected cold weather I changed it in half hour later no warm air coming out so that move this to another room which was warm and it worked but it’s always a hassle to have to pack unpack pack and go to another room so that was the first day and then the second day we went out and came back in the room hadn’t been made at all so we ask about that and they said oh did you request room service room cleaning services said no we’re staying at a Hilton hotel we kind of thought we would get a clean room and she said well no it’s every two days and we’re only staying two nights so that means they don’t clean it at all but I did bring us some towels which is nice. Then the caulking on the bathtub was not really there in a lot of instance I don’t know if they were using some clear some not clear but it looked kind of dreadful for a Hilton and I told him about that and they said well that fix it right away and we came back ahead and fixed it and said well we don’t fix those things while we have a guest so there’s that however the staff was very very pleasant they were very courteous and helpful as they could be so it was just disappointing aspects coming out with everything"

"It's fairly decent. Had to change rooms because the one they originally gave me wasn't ready. And my check in was delayed a little bit"

"Parking and everything was great!!! My car and belongings stayed safe. The room was clean and I had no problems sleeping or anything. I was a little late for breakfast, but the hotel manager was holding a staff meeting and said I could join them. Had a wonderful breakfast with great people. Couldn’t be any better!!!"

"We loved our rooms however, the carpets in both of our rooms turned our socks and feet black from the dirt. It was difficult to figure out how to get into the hotel and parking. Other than that it was an amazing hotel. The sites from the 10th floor were amazing!"

"When Asst. Mgr is there things run great but on the days the kids (young staff) are in charge things are not good. 3 day breakfast was very good but 2 days breakfast was late, several items were limited or missing all together. Place was not kept clean, coffee machine leaked for two days with coffee running to elevator. Building is not well maintained, lost AC day 3 and had to move rooms. 2/5 days understaffed. We love asst mgr Kia and her daughter( friendly and helpful) but due to inconsistency I wouldn’t stay there again. "

"Very close to Beale Street action, neighborhood around hotel is run down. Nothing to write home about, price was good but otherwise nothing special."

"We were upgraded from our double queen room to one of the king rooms which was an amazing surprise. There was a nice room on our floor with complimentary drinks and breakfast. Best of all, the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in!"
