"Our stay at the Hyatt House in Bellvue was everything we hoped it would be. Great room, amazing breakfast, free parking, pool, hot tub, gym. It checked all the boxes and was worth it. Would gladly stay here in the future."

"Everything about our stay was top notch. Until our last morning at the coffee shop. Terrible service from a man dressed in a suit behind the counter (dressed as a manager?) that was to busy staring at his phone to acknowledge my wife asking questions about the specials. Not until we said something did he acknowledge our order, all the while continuing to stare at his phone. Couldn’t believe it. "
