"This is my second trip to Stoco Lake Lodge. The best draw is the quiet of the Tweed area. But undoubtedly the staff and services contribute to that too. Everyone is friendly. Be advised that if you’re arriving late, you should call ahead to let them know so someone can let you into your room if you’re arriving mid week as we did. "The room itself was really modern, large and clean. We stayed in the flat. Very nice. However, when I booked the room, I didn’t realize that this room was not located in the Drake Devonshire property. It’s actually up the street. Not waterfront. That’s on me for not researching thoroughly, I guess. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was a lovely setting and the food and drinks were very good. The service was excellent also. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. "

"Stayed a night over thanksgiving weekend and it was a wonderful way to unwind. The staff/owners of the property were extremely attentive. Our room was spotless and the restaurant is absolutely fabulous. The resort is on a large and remote property with beautifully maintained walking trails. The property also has several hot tubs that are well maintained and available for guest use. Sadly, I didn’t get to try and
