"Check in was smooth, the staff was not entirely friendly. Once I got to my room I saw we were out in an ADA room. I asked for a king with pull out, so I am not sure why we were put here. I called down to the desk because I searched for sheets for the pull out and there were none in the room. When I called I was told I had to come get them from the front desk. I had to drag my two small kids back down to the lobby with me and then still didn’t receive any pillows. I was told they would bring the pillows to my room. After waiting for over an hour, I went to the lobby to get a DoorDash pick up and asked about the pillows, and was told “we forgot what room you were in”. There was a big black stain on one of the towels, the shower was not clean, there was black marks all over the tiles, a stain on the curtain. For the amount I paid for the night, I am not impressed. This was supposed to be a high quality place and just isn’t. I won’t be staying here, nor recommend anyone stay with Hotel Indigo. "

"Traveled with a toddler and met our needs. Had a king room and liked it had a big storage closet so our stuff wasn’t all over the room. Only complaints was the fridge was small and there wasn’t an ice machine. I was able to go down to the desk and they got some from the restaurant but I needed more for my cooler and would have preferred to be able to fill it up myself. It was nice to have a water bottle filling machine in the hall. Also didn’t have a microwave but that wasn’t a big deal. I enjoyed going through the art gallery. The pool area was awesome and a big hit for my toddler. The hot tub was a good temperature too. Both weren’t overly chlorinated. There were two steam rooms and work out rooms. Parking was easy enough. Definitely a plus for those looking for a place with a pool. Staff was friendly and the entire hotel felt clean."
