"Well the experience I’ve had at the hotel with the money I’ve spent is very ridiculous. The staff is very rude and unhelpful. You tell them your concerns and they handle stuff very unprofessional. It’s always something wrong with the rooms and when you write a review like I’m doing right now they want to get an attitude behind their mistakes. I’m a very honest person and very easy to please but they make things complicated and about them. Every room I’ve been in had problems with the toilet not flushing properly. The tub in the last room I was in I was told twice that it was fixed and everytime I take a shower it’s like I’m drawing water for a bath cause it didn’t drain properly. When you bring your concerns to the staff they have attitude. The rooms always have a bad smell to them I’ve had dirty linens on my beds and the refrigerator in my last stay was dirty and smelled along with the microwaves. They do not clean them at all. I’ve spent a lot of money at this hotel to be treated like this. I even had a staff member come knock on my door and ask me why I gave her three stars. And telling me what I could’ve done. I told her my concerns and told her I never give a good review she had the nerves to ask me why I keep coming back and I strictly told her because it was affordable to me but besides the point I’m spending my money I still should be comfortable. Very unprofessional and rude."
